This illustration features the black volcanic sands of the Stokksnes peninsula in Southeast Iceland. In the background lies Vestrahorn mountain, one of the country’s most breathtaking peaks. Reaching up to 1490ft and with steep cliffs rising from the sides of a stunning lagoon this is just one of the many dramatic Nordic landscapes that i’d love to explore and capture on canvas.
