Painting of the Southbank in London, taking the river walk along the Thames towards St Paul's Cathedral and the Tate Modern. You can see the bright banners of the National Theatre through the trees, the spindly branches reaching into the perfect blue skies and reflecting in the puddles on the pavement.
'A Theatrical Walk' was created using layers acrylics paints and inks on a 101.5 x 41cm deep edge canvas. First exhibited in 'Space Unfolding' at the Espacio Gallery in London, May 2014.
This illustration has been used for a 150 x 150mm greeting card printed on 300gsm TRUCARD stock and a decorative coffee mug.
